On-site: Fee: $27 daily + Tax. (registered guest);
$4.50 hourly (non-registered guest)
Valet parking: $40 daily

Mon. - Sun.: 24 hours, $4 per hour
$15 per early bird (in by 9 am and out by 6 pm)
$19 per daytime (maximum daily rate)

Registration / Information Desk

The registration desk is located in the NS Ballroom Foyer, 2nd floor Marriott conference.

Message Board

A message board will be available in the registration desk area for the duration of the conference, starting at 8 am on Friday to 3:30 pm on Sunday.

CE Hours and Certificates

APVC conference lectures offer a total of 16.5 hrs of CE

CE Session Locations

All lecture locations will be identified in the program schedule, provided in the registration package. A Marriott conference area map is also located in the program booklet. APVC also utilizes the Compass Room located on the Casino Nova Scotia property, located at the galleria entrance to the Casino and is accessed through the pedway located on the Marriott 2nd floor.

Breaks and Lunches

Refreshment breaks and lunches are provided at no additional charge to all registered delegates. For an additional charge, guest passes may be purchased at the registration desk, which include lunch and refreshment breaks.

Exhibit Hall

The Exhibit area will be located in NS Ballrooms A, B, C & D and the foyer, all located on the 2nd level of the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel.

Hours of operation: Friday, 9:45 am -6:00 pm Saturday, 9:45 am - 6:00 pm

Pet Attendance:

We are very fortunate that the Marriott is a pet friendly hotel. Only service dogs are permitted in the exhibit hall and lecture theatres. Thank you for your cooperation.

Draws and Prizes

Various prize draws will take place during the conference — numerous APVCsponsored prizes, as well as those sponsored by Exhibitors.
Only registered delegates are eligible to win.

APVC Activities

Pre-conference opening reception - Thursday evening from 6:00 - 7:30 pm, all are welcome.

Complimentary Saturday morning wake up Fun Run and Yoga session - 6:45 am, assemble outside of Sable rooms.
